I had seen Franks saying that their prices would always be lower than other stores sales prices, but I went to have a look at the sales anyway...just to check.

Franks were quite a bit cheaper actually, and the selection was amazing. The stores with sales on seemed to keep all the nicer carpets at full price, lots of the carpets on sale were in nasty colours or not very good quality.

Franks is where I bought my carpet.
