Why can't I buy online?

At Frank's we travel the world to make sure we can offer our customers the best prices, guaranteed. We buy better so you pay less. We believe that buying a carpet is a touchy, feely experience - that is why we only sell carpets from one of our stores, so you can touch and see your new carpet up close and personal.

Do you stock LVT?

We do indeed! We have a wide range of LVT in stock in all our stores. Visit your local Frank's to find out more.

Will you come to measure my home for new flooring?

Yes, we offer a free estimating service to help our customers. We recommend you come in to store to select the flooring you like. This enables the estimator to give you a price in your home. If you’re happy with the price, you can place your order there and then, to save another visit to the store.

Do Frank's fit carpets?

Yes, we do! We have a team of professional carpet fitters, who work with us and come highly recommended.

If I buy flooring today, how fast can I have it delivered or fitted?

We will always work to meet your requirements; all carpets can be delivered within 48hrs because we carry 3 million square metres in stock. Your urgency is our priority.

My room is bigger than 4m and I don't want a join, what options do I have?

Frank's stock a wide selection of 5m wide carpets, so you don’t need to worry.

I've got underlay down, will I need new underlay when I buy a new carpet?

Underlay is guaranteed for the life of your carpet. Therefore when buying a new carpet, you should always buy new underlay. Manufacturers will not guarantee a new carpet on old underlay or NO UNDERLAY.

I don't need my flooring fitting for 6-8 weeks

That's no problem. We will allocate the stock to you, pay a deposit and contact us a week or 10 days before fitting.

Do I need to take my old carpet up?

Yes, we require your old carpet up, but if you have any problems with this, please speak to a sales assistant in-store, and they will always overcome them for you.

I have a lot of furniture in my room, is that an issue?

We advise that the room be as clear as possible, but we also understand that some things can’t be removed so speak to one of the sales team, they can always meet your requirements.

Do you offer finance?

Finance is not currently available. However, if you speak to your nearest store, they may be able to arrange a payment plan to help.
