Our Frank’s 25 Competition Winner!

If you’ve been following Frank’s for some time, you might already know that we had our 25th anniversary last year. To celebrate, we ran a super exciting competition where one winner could get their hands on £2,500 worth of flooring. 

Lynne Newton was our lucky prize winner and recently we asked her about her experience winning the competition and how she has transformed her home with Frank’s!

Lynne, how did you feel when you won Frank’s 25 competition?      

I had been following the competition on Facebook and was delighted to be chosen as a daily winner to go into the final draw.  

I eagerly awaited the live draw and tuned in to see who was going to be lucky enough to win such an amazing prize. I was in shock when my name was drawn as the winner and absolutely thrilled to see my name on the screen

I had been saving to have my flooring upgraded, so winning the prize was really something special.

With your prize, what style and colour carpets did you choose? 

I chose LVT for the whole downstairs in the house running from the living room, through the kitchen, and into the conservatory.  I chose a rustic oak shade and had it fitted in herringbone design. For my 3 bedrooms, landing ,and staircase I chose a fawn-coloured carpet. 

Which rooms in your home did you choose to have carpeted? 

I chose to have the stairs, landing, and three bedrooms fitted with carpets. The whole of the downstairs was fitted with LVT.

How would you describe the fitting service provided by Frank’s?

The fitting service was excellent throughout the house. The fitters were friendly and very efficient in their work.

Are you happy with the result? How has it changed the look and feel of your home?   

I am very happy with the result. The colour scheme I chose runs smoothly throughout the house, giving it a warm and cosy feel.

Would you recommend Frank’s to family and friends? Why?  

Yes, I’d recommend Frank’s to family and friends because the service I received was brilliant from start to finish. Nothing was a bother and the results are great.

Would you be likely to return to Frank’s in the future for flooring? Is there anything that sets them apart from other flooring retailers? 

I will certainly return to Frank’s in the future if I need any other flooring. Having the store local to me made it easy to keep popping in to have a look at different styles and colours.  

There was an excellent choice, from traditional to modern, and something to suit any taste and more importantly any budget I felt. 

Staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the products and gave me some great advice when deciding on what would best suit my home and style.
