Do you measure at Frank's?
Yes we offer a Free estimating service. We recommend you come in to store to select the flooring you like, this enables the estimator to give you a price in your home. If you’re happy with the price you can place your order there and then…to save another visit to the store.
Do Frank's fit carpets?
Yes we do! We have a team of professional carpet fitters, who work with us and come highly recommended.
If I buy a flooring today how fast can I have it fitted/delivered?
We will always work to meet your requirements; all carpets can be delivered within 48hrs because we carry 3 Million Square Metres in stock. Your urgency is our priority.
My room is bigger than 4m and I don’t want a join what option do I have?
Franks stock a wide selection of 5m wide carpets so you don’t need to worry. However, if a carpet is joined correctly, by a professional carpet fitter you will not be able to see where the join is made.
I've got underlay down, will I need to renew it if I buy a new carpet?
Underlay is guaranteed for the life of your carpet, therefore when buying a new carpet you should always buy new underlay. Manufacturers will not guarantee a new carpet on old underlay or NO UNDERLAY.
I don't need my flooring covering for 6-8 weeks?
That`s no problem. We will allocate the stock to you, simply pay a deposit and contact us a week or 10 days prior to fitting.
Do I need to take my old carpet up?
Yes we require your old carpet up but if you have any problems with this please speak to a salesman in store and they will always overcome them for you.
I have quite a lot of furniture in my room is that a problem?
We advise that the room to be as clear as possible, but we also understand that some things can’t be removed so speak to one of the sales team, they can always meet your requirements.
Is finance available?
Finance is not currently available, however, if you speak to your nearest store, they may be able to arrange a payment plan to suit you.
