Our statement of " If I can't do you a better like-for-like on-the-floor-carpet deal, I will give you the carpet, and fit it free."

To qualify for the above statement, you must produce a written quotation for exactly the same carpet, underlay, gripper, door bars and fitting from another supplier, as you are requesting from Franks the Flooring Store, and also produce a sample of the carpet in question.

This must all be produced to Franks the Flooring Store at point of sale.

Any quotation produced to Franks the Flooring Store after the sale has been completed, unfortunately will not be honoured. If necessary, the payment of £1,000 will be made in the form of a cheque issued on Franks the Flooring Store.

Terms and Conditions for the £595 Full House Deal

The shape of each room is immaterial, however there is a maximum total square meterage of 76m² which is allocated as follows:

The package has to be purchased as is except:

If you wish to add another room, say a study, 4th bedroom, bathroom or kitchen we will be happy to provide a quotation, which will be added to the package price.

If you wish to purchase a carpet that is more expensive than those included in the package selection, we will be happy to provide a quotation which will be added to the package price.

If you wish to purchase a carpet that is cheaper than those included in the package the difference will be deducted from the package price.

If you wish to purchase a carpet for a room or rooms that have more or less square meterage than those quoted above, the package price will be adjusted accordingly.

If you do not have a separate lounge and dining room, 22 square metres of carpet will be allocated within the package for a lounge/diner.

The package price includes VAT but excludes delivery and fitting.
